Lagoon 40, built 2024
Presenting the magnificent Star of The Seas 2, our exquisite Lagoon 40 2024.
The Lagoon 40 is a flawless fusion of elegance and functionality, offering 4 cabins and 4 heads. This perfect little big boat is tailor-made for families, couples with guests, or groups of friends, providing ample space while remaining incredibly manageable.
Embodying the finest features of its renowned predecessors, the Lagoon 40 replaces both the previous 39 and 400 models. Drawing inspiration from its larger siblings, this small catamaran boasts sleek angular transoms, elongated rectangular hull ports that flood the interior with natural light, and a coachroof seamlessly flowing into an upward-angled composite hardtop, lending the vessel an unmistakably striking appearance. The wraparound windows, while still vertical, exhibit an elongated design, establishing a distinctive profile for this 40-footer. The mast is thoughtfully positioned further aft, ensuring that the mainsail is more compact and easier to handle, particularly for smaller crews.
On Deck
As you step onto the deck, you’ll discover a harmonious blend of style and convenience. Square transoms and shallow steps effortlessly guide you from the swim platforms to the spacious cockpit, granting effortless access to the water. The cockpit itself features a comfortable transom seat accompanied by a dining table on the port side, creating an open layout that invites numerous diners to gather and mingle while allowing others to move about freely.
A set of steps seamlessly connects the cockpit to the helm, forming a beautifully integrated station that enables the helmsperson to engage in conversation with those in the cockpit while keeping a watchful eye on the surroundings. The helm station, open to the starboard side deck, facilitates easy interaction, making it a breeze for the driver to assist with docking or anchoring. Furthermore, you can ascend to the hardtop either from here or via a convenient flip-up ladder attached to the forward cabintop.
Indulge in the lap of luxury on the foredeck, where you’ll find a delightful sunpad complete with lifting headrests, situated just behind the trampoline. Ingeniously integrated small opening ports in the forward window allow for the seamless delivery of refreshing beverages to anyone lounging on the foredeck, eliminating the need to trek back to the cockpit.
Accommodation
Inside, the Lagoon 40 spoils you with its generous accommodations. The spacious galley is equipped with an Eno three-burner stove, a front-loading refrigerator discreetly tucked beneath the counter, and ample storage space for all your culinary essentials. To starboard, an additional Isotherm refrigerator/freezer awaits, accompanied by plentiful overhead provisions lockers. Nestled in the forward port corner, a cozy nav desk provides a dedicated space for a multi-function display and other essential instruments. Each hull boasts two equally inviting double cabins, each featuring its own private ensuite head. Unwind and rejuvenate in these tranquil havens, designed to provide the utmost comfort and privacy.
Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the sheer luxury and unmatched performance of Star of The Seas 2, the brand-new Lagoon 40 2023. Get ready to embark on an extraordinary adventure surrounded by unparalleled beauty and comfort.
