“I am writing this testimonial four months after our amazing trip in BVI because we are still talking about it and wishing we were back on the boat with our fabulous crew. Booking what would be a trip of a lifetime for us was daunting and I spent a lot of time researching and asking around to find the best way to book a charter. We landed on BVI Yacht Charters after looking at a few other places online and getting this recommendation from a trusted friend. We could tell Abbie had the experience and knowledge about different boats and what we were trying to achieve that she provided the right options for us. Abbie was great to communicate with and always answered our questions throughout our booking. When a wrinkle came up regarding boats and crew, she put us at ease and made sure we were still on the right track. It was a leap of faith for us, and Abbie could not have been more right. Her obvious knowledge of their available fleet and of the process overall, guided us to the best trip ever. We are grateful for Abbie’s help. We had an amazing time on the Deborah Anne. The boat was perfect. Extremely comfortable with modern amenities and well maintained. It was perfect for our family of four. We could not have been more impressed with our crew. Jorga was our chef, but I would title her more a Culinary Wizard than a chef. She managed the kitchen with precision and skill. I am not sure what impressed me more, the amazing food she created for us daily or how well she had everything scheduled, prepared and managed with such experience that she made it appear seamless to cook gourmet meals in the middle of the ocean. As evidenced by the extra 10-15 pounds I carry around daily, I enjoy eating, and like to think I know what good food tastes like. Our family continues to remark how every meal Jorga created for us was delicious. We do our best to recreate a few of her treasures now at home. Jake was our captain and managed the boat with experience, skill and care. I say “care” because if I was the owner of the boat, I would love to know that my captain was treating this investment like his own, ensuring we were safely moored each day, following proper protocol (like I even know what that is) and always making sure we were having a great time. Jake kept us on schedule while being attentive and catering the trip to our goals to make it the best trip ever. He was able to work our route with local dive companies to coordinate meeting points for our dive trips (that we scheduled), recommend on-land dining and site seeing options, and overall make sure the trip went smoothly – he made it look easy; always a calm demeaner rooted from experience and knowledge of the sea. Not to mention always being ready to take us on another adventure or get the kids out to water ski - which our teenage boys loved. I am not doing our crew justice as there is so much more to say. Not only are Jorga and Jake true experts in their field, but they are wonderful people of utmost character. They are professional, fun and such a joy to be with. “We recently finished our week long charter aboard La Vie Est Belle in the BVI with Jake and Jorja as our captain and chef. Everything went exceedingly well and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. They listened to what we asked for in terms of what sort of spots we wanted to visit and what types of food we liked. We are a family spanning 3 generations which included 3 small boys, ages 6, 8, and 9. The food was excellent and plentiful and very healthy which is important to us. Jake was so kind to the kids about taking them tubing and wake boarding which we adults especially appreciated since we are the ones who normally have that job. We all felt that we didn’t lift a finger during the entire trip. Jorja’s cooking skills were superlative and her flexibility in serving meals at times that coincided with our activities was most appreciated. She even had “ Happy Birthday ” signage for our 8 year old who turned 9 on the last day of our cruise. They both did a great job of being there for us when we wanted them as well as letting us have privacy when that’s what we wanted. La Vie Est Belle is a BALI 5.4 and I HIGHLY recommend it. There are numerous “venues” on it where we could all sit and visit, in or out of the sun. We loved all the spots that were selected for us to sleep and to visit, especially our day at Scrub Island, which we weren’t expecting. We feel like we got an excellent all around taste of the BVI. “We have wanted to do this for years and after much research we came across bvi charters. We spoke to Kelly and the whole team and everyone was so helpful making our plans. They Refered us to captain Dayne and he responded immediately. We knew the captain could make or break it and he was not just a captain but a personal concierge! Beyond amazing captain. We watched so many people fall off their dinghy’s into the water and he was so careful that could never happen. Can’t say enough about our experience. The food at every stop he suggested was spot on. He made reservations for us and kept us entertained 24/7. We had 6 people plus him on a 51 foot 5 room vessel which gave us list of room. We will do it again! “Planning our trip aboard the Reach was a collaboration of 3 couples, giving us the opportunity to get to know each other a little better. Once we boarded Reach, we all felt immediately relaxed and excited at the same time. Capt. James and Chef Matilda were so welcoming and kind, we settled right in. Among the 6 of us, we had zero to varied experience in charter yachting, and this trip was right on point of all our expectations. Daily adventures in the water, relaxing on the boat, dining on excellent food and being pleasingly catered to was such a treat for all of us. We had one rough weather day and our staff handled it well and kept everyone calm and entertained. We enjoyed all the locations we ventured to in the BVI and now have a better understanding of what we would like to do on our next adventure. James was very adept at his role in captaining the boat as well as being our tour guide. Matilda prepared delicious meals and snacks, even carefully crafted food for dietary restrictions and detailed dislikes of mustard or raisins! And James skills as a mixologist were a treat! “This was a bucket list trip that exceeded every expectation we had (and those we didn't know to have), and we can't recommend La Sirena, Kemba, and Emily more highly! The boat was exquisite, clean, organized, and set up perfectly for our party of five adults. It is clear that Kemba and Emily take great pride in caring aesthetically and mechanically for La Sirena. The food was decadent and plenty, and started as soon as we boarded, with a wonderful snack board. Emily's menu was well-considered, beautifully done, and mindfully accommodated a variety of palates, ranging from less to more adventurous eaters. Her thoughtfulness extended to making a birthday cookie cake (yes, while at sea) and unexpectedly making homemade Almond Joys after hearing they were a favorite of my wife's. We appreciated the preparation of the trip with Emily arranging food, drinks, snacks, preferences, and provisions, and Kemba suggesting an itinerary that met our vacation expectations (laze, sun, snorkel, dive, and tour). He paced the trip well, was delightful in conversation, and accommodated drinks (he makes a great pina colada!), gear, and activities. Kemba was knowledgeable with sites, steering us (literally) away from places that were overrun with people, and finding lesser-visited places for us to enjoy the water and scenery. He was also a safe and attentive dive master, who spoiled experienced (and typically self-sufficient) divers with his preparation of dive gear. Upon reflection, no one in our party could find anything that we wish could or would have been done differently. This boat and crew are special, and will make your vacation the trip of a lifetime. “If I could rate more than 5-stars on this review, I would. My family and I had an amazing time during our charter, and it is all thanks to the crew and the wonderful, positive vibe they brought. They created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that really made us feel well taken care of for the entire time we were on the boat. We laughed a ton and the crew was just as fun-loving as we were. Their anticipation for our needs was impressive; they totally surprised us with the activities and themes for dinner! Additionally, the food was its own 5-star rating! The creativity and attention paid to each dish was truly met. “Ten of us chartered a 50 foot catamaran with a captain. Everything was great. BVI Yacht Charters was great to work with from start to finish. “This was the best family vacation we have ever taken and there has been numerous. Tim and Zara felt like family and treated us as if they were. The boat was the perfect size for the 5 of us. The food was perfect and Tim makes homemade sourdough bread that was a hit with my crew. We asked to go scuba diving and Tim set up everything and it was great. We also did a few other extra things that we would’ve never experienced if it wasn’t already set up for us. Zara always had a smile on her face and never made us feel as if we were asking too much. “Spent my 60th Birthday celebration with friends aboard S/Y Azuria with Luke and Kristen. We simply cannot say enough about the boat, the crew, and spending a week traversing the BVI. Starting a year ago with preliminary inquiries through formal booking of The Azuria, Abbie at BVI yacht charters made everything seamless. All questions were answered promptly and the process was easy. Aboard Azuria, we were made to feel comfortable and at ease from the start. Kristen and Luke were professional and friendly, and they made us feel at home from the moment we met them at Nanny Cay. Luke was the consummate Captain explaining the next days itinerary plans and making us feel safe and able to enjoy our charter immensely. His bartending skills were a great surprise!. Kristen’s meals were 5 star with beautiful flavors and presentation. Her knife skills are above reproach! We enjoyed fresh fruits, local flavors, and amazing breakfast, lunch dinners and snacks!. If they gave out Michelin stars for yacht service she would deserve one!. In addition to the wonderful food, drinks, sailing and exploration, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful yacht especially the bean bag chairs on the bow nets-so comfortable and enjoyable as we sailed or on mooring enjoying the water and sun of the BVI. “Our charter onboard Apricity with Captain Rodrigo and Chef Alys was truly the vacation of a lifetime. From the moment we stepped on board, they welcomed us not just as guests, but as family. They were incredibly attentive while also being so fun and easy to be around. Chef Alys blew us away with every single meal. Each dish was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and genuinely some of the best food we've ever had (we had 2 gluten free guests and they did not miss out one bit, Alys did amazing!). Captain Rodrigo was exceptional - we could always count on him to find the perfect spot to anchor, especially overnight, putting us completely at ease. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire trip, which allowed us to fully relax and soak in every moment. “We had a fantastic voyage on Alora. We sailed in late January 2026. Had great weather, great crew, and an unforgettable trip! Our Captain Frankie and Chef Leni were incredible. Great food, company, knowledge, and both were incredibly sweet and kind. We loved them! From the moment we got on the boat we were so well taken care of, comfortable, and well fed!
