We are coming to the end of a very busy season in the BVI and will soon be storing our boats for the Hurricane Season.  However,  if you are still looking to book a sailing vacation for this summer, why not try one of our bases in the Mediterranean? OUR NEW LAGOON 380: AFFORDABLE AND SPACIOUS

If you thought that sailing a catamaran was out of your price range then think again!  Our 2 brand new 2019 Lagoon 380s - Mr. T and Daiquiri - are extremely affordable and will be available this summer in Croatia until October for only $4,800 a week.  They will both be back in the BVI from December to April from $5400 per week to $6800 per week in high season.

This beautifully designed catamaran may be the smallest in our fleet but is surprisingly spacious! With 4 cabins and 2 heads she is perfect for a 8 guests and with the convertible salon table she could even take 10!  In each hull you will find a queen and a double cabin with a shared bathroom.

BOATYBALL: RESERVE A MOORING

A GREAT MOORING RESERVATION APP

Some popular anchorages in the BVI are filled up quickly during the day, so if you want to secure a mooring on your charter, you will normally have to arrive early to find one available for your overnight stay. There is now a new reservation system for mooring balls, which cost a bit more, but makes sure you have a mooring available for you upon arrival. BoatyBall is an App that allows you to reserve and pay for mooring balls located in prime locations throughout the British Virgin Islands.

The beauty of the App is that you can relax and enjoy your visits of other locations during the day and take your time sailing to your next destination, knowing that your overnight mooring is reserved for your yacht. You can arrive at the end of the sailing day between 4 and 5 PM and still know you will have a mooring available!

WILLY-T BACK IN THE BIGHT

 

Home Sweet Home… The Willy T is Back in The Bight on Norman Island!

Great news for all wannabe pirates and fans of the legendary Willy T floating bar and restaurant. On July 2nd, after months of uncertainly, the Willy T was moved from Great Harbour on Peter Island back to its original home in The Bight on Norman Island. Judging by the response on social media, it looks like the Willy T’s supporters are elated to have it back home.

Unfortunately, the original Willy T was destroyed during hurricane Irma. When its replacement vessel arrived in the BVI on May 10, 2018 it was denied anchorage at Norman Island by the BVI Government and moved to Peter Island. Fortunately, after recent negotiations, the BVI Government decided to allow the Willy T to relocate back to its original location in The Bight on Norman Island.

Glad to see the Willy T is finally back where it belongs!
